Field Day Highlights – Barasat, West Bengal | 26th March 2026

We successfully hosted an impactful Field Day in Barasat, West Bengal, bringing together our valued dealers, distributors, and progressive farmers. The event provided a valuable platform for firsthand field experience, allowing participants to witness the performance and reliability of our high-performing varieties under real growing conditions.

The highlight of the day was the strong field performance demonstrated by our key crops, particularly in beetroot and carrot.

Our flagship beetroot variety, Bradley 105, received excellent feedback from attendees for its consistent and robust performance. Key features observed in the field included high yield potential, uniform root size and quality, and strong field tolerance. Notably, its extended field holding capacity of over 20 days offers farmers greater flexibility in harvest timing and market planning, making it a highly practical choice for commercial cultivation.

The carrot hybrid Gladiator also made a strong impression, showcasing superior yield performance and excellent root uniformity. Its deep, attractive color—highly preferred in the market—combined with consistent quality across the field, drew significant interest from both farmers and trade partners.

The response from attendees was highly encouraging, with strong appreciation for the performance, reliability, and market suitability of the varieties on display. The engagement and feedback received during the event further reinforce our commitment to delivering high-performing, dependable genetics tailored to the needs of Indian farmers.

Through initiatives like this Field Day, we continue to strengthen our connection with the farming community while supporting improved productivity and profitability through innovation-driven seed solutions.
